Policies

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • All orders are processed and shipped Priority Mail via USPS within 5 business days, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
  • We will combine shipping of multiple orders if possible. Names and addresses MUST match for this to take place. Excess shipping charges will be refunded via store credit only. 
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim; HLP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please contact us at hello@hellolittleprops.com if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
  • Customs fees may or may not be charged by your country's postal service. HLP is not responsible for customs charges and cannot provide information regarding each individual country's customs policies. 
  • If you refuse your package because of customs fees and your item gets returned, you will be refunded for the item, but not for any related shipping fees. 
  • All international packages are shipped with Priority Mail via USPS. We do not offer First Class shipping as this option does not carry insurance.
  • Many of our international customers prefer to purchase several items at once so that shipping is more economical. If you want to purchase an item and have us hold it until you have other items to add to your package, please contact jodi@hellolittlestudios.com immediately after you place your order to request a hold on your order.

 

COLOR VARIATIONS:

  • Please be aware that the colors you see on your screen may not be EXACTLY true to life. We do our best to showcase images that look as close as possible to the actual color, but edits, lighting, calibrated vs uncalibrated computer screens, phone screens, etc. can all alter the color you see. 

 

FABRIC CARE:

  • Best practice is to always spot clean your drops where the baby unloaded, and then wash on cold/delicate. Hang to dry.
  • Drying in a machine can change the texture of your drop, so do so at your own risk!
  • Do not put pearl layers in your wash machine, even on the delicate cycle.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns of brand new and unused items on a case by case basis for store credit only. Contact us at hello@hellolittleprops.com with any questions or concerns.
