Oops Options Sometimes products come to us with varying defects. If we find a defect, we will discount that item accordingly for you and label it as an "oops" product. You can find more details about what to expect from these products here.
Shipping + Returns
Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day; delays may incur around new product launch days.
If multiple orders are placed on the same day, we WILL NOT be able to combine your orders.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping service used to file a claim.
Pre-orders: Pre-order items typically ship in approximately 6-8 weeks. If your order contains one or more pre-order items, the rest of your order will be held until all items are available. Please purchase ready-to-ship items separately if you wish for them to ship immediately.
Pre-orders can be identified by a special note in the listing and/or the add to cart button will indicate the pre-order status. Unless noted otherwise, all items are ready-to-ship.
Returns: Store credit can be issued for returns of new and unused items on a case by case basis.
